• Why does the coffee come out cold?

  This is the espresso capsule machine entering the DRAINAGE MODE by mistake, unplug or disconnectpower for least 5 secs to exit this mode. Then follow the steps in START UP MODE and PRE-HEATING MODE to start the machine.

• Why can't I get my capsule shell to fit?
